Absolutely — your order goes through a careful approval process:

1. You place your order.

2. Our design team reaches out within 12 hours of booking.

3. We create your personalized LoveZap design (including your chosen customizations).

4. Once the draft is ready, we share it with you for review and feedback.

5. After your approval, one sample card is printed, and a video preview is sent for final confirmation.

6. Only after your final approval, the full batch is printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

The ₹999 fee covers the complete personalization and design of your LoveZap, including:

• Custom front and back design of your LoveZap card

• A pair of caricatures created uniquely for you

• Your personalized Magical Tap webpage experience

This ensures your LoveZap is made entirely around your story — from the artwork to the digital experience.

Please note, this covers 3 hours of designers time. If your changes or customisation needs more time, that will be charged seperately Having said that, 99% of our orders have not exceeded the 3 hours window

Once you place the order, the design team will contact you within 12 hours They will share all the design options, which will help you design your LoveZap Alternatively, if you have a design you like , and what them to design the LoveZap according to your design, they would do the same.

On the iPhone, the Tap works near the front camera. On Android Phones, it works by tapping it anywhere at the back of the device. In case the Tap doesn't work, our packaging includes a QR code. Scanning the QR code will launch the Digital Greeting.

Your magical tap interface is what opens post tapping the LoveZap to device. This can have interactive elements like song, buttons etc Your video invite is a video invite, which has all the details of all functions in your wedding. This is optional if your wedding has only 1 or 2 events Your guest access the video invite when they tap on View / Download Invite buttons on LoveZap Magic Tap ( website )

A video invitation is included free of cost when you purchase 100 or more Premium or Premium Plus LoveZaps.

If you’re ordering a smaller quantity, don’t worry — you can also share your own video with us, and we’ll integrate it into your Magical Tap (website) at no additional charge.

Absolutely, if you have a specific requirement ( like adding a wardrobe planner pdf as button ), we can surely add that at no additional cost

Yes — you can absolutely have 2–3 variations of your cards for different guest groups.

If some guests are invited only to specific events, we’ll configure each variation accordingly (so each set opens the correct website / event details).

Pricing (per extra variation):

• ₹499 — if it’s only a website change (same video invite)

• ₹999 — if we also need to create a duplicate video invite variation
